Discipline is an act of love , we realised this thing in SSK. Sometimes you have to be unkind to be kind: not all medicine are sweet, nor all surgeries painless, but we have to use it.
In the same way I was also enrolled in the environment where discipline was given more preference than anything else.                                                                                                Everything around me was new and surprising; the routine, the teachers and specially seniors and their harsh rule. “ROLL CALL” is the most hated word in SSK life, reason varies from juniors to seniors. For juniors, you will get after reading this incidence.

According to school routine, we had our roll call daily in the evening at 5”o clock in the school basketball court. One day entire school was standing for the roll call. 6th class  rather say new entries were busy in our gossips. Every group was having their own story. “6th class be cock” shouted, the school captain coming from generator room side. Most of us were unable to understand what he said. Few boys who were from English medium school explain us in hindi “murge ban jao”. Within seconds everyone`s neck was down and hands holding their ears. Now it was a terrible time for me as my poor legs were unable to take the weight of my big tummy. “Start jumping” shouted another appointment of class 12th from our backside. All were jumping like frog looking at each other face. The longest 15 minute of life till that time passed but no one came for rescue. Entire school was gone, only we were left with school captain. Finally, school captain shouted again “get up”. Everyone`s face was red as tomato and we were not able to stand properly. He told us to stand properly and started with all uncountable harsh rule. “is it clear” he asked in the end. “yes bhaiya” we all shouted. Latter we came to know that it is going to be a part of daily routine.

SATURDAY is the most cherished day in SSK, as it is movie day. Our 1st movie was TALASH starring Akshay Kumar. One Saturday, after the lunch our house captain “yudhveer” came and said today`s movie is ‘veer-jara’ starring Sharukh khan. Dinner was over and we  were standing outside the Auditorium eagerly waiting for our turn to get inside.
After the roll call procedure we were inside, sitting in the Balcony (Permanent place for class 6th) enjoying the love saga of veer and zara.
Everyone eyes were struck on bigscreen projected in auditorium, Suddenly light goes off.  It was completely dark now, but surprisingly darkness was replaced by many interesting images on the screen by LASER LIGHTS some were of heart and lips.
Within few minutes school captain came to know that only sixth class can have the audacity to do this stupid thing.
"6th class come out" Shouted the school captain very angirly.
"Bloody fool make it fast" shouted another appointment of class twelfth.
And within seconds again were standing on the same place where we were before the movie started..
"be cock"  shouted School captain.
"Whoever is having laser light come out fast" ordered school captain.
"you rascal idiots, bastards and many more" shouted other house captain and prefect who were now joining school captain to take out the laser light out from pocket....
One boy get up and took out the laser light from pocket and gives to school captain.
"SLAP-SLAP-SLAP" on that boy chick and was  asked to name the other who were having laser light.
After many more unbearable slaps he named one boy 'PAWAN'.
'who is Pawan, come here shouted red house captain.
pawan got up and runs towards him.
'where is the Laser light',he questioned
"bhaiya i don't have" he replied
and after that Pawan's bump faced a terrible kick which make him to shout
"bhaiya-bhaiya,abhi deta hoon" and he took out the laser light from his socks.
 After few minutes all laser lights were in school captain hands.
"SRK was singing song with Preeti zinta" inside the auditorium  and we were jumping outside holding our ears.
After half an hour we were allowed to enter inside. Everybody got tired by punishment and most of the boy went to sleep during movie.

  Hi Friends  HOPE YOU ENJOYED  THE LAST POST SWEET MEMORIES OF CLASS 6th COMING TO SCHOOL DAYS Now I was no more alone on the land of SSK. As time pass by I had plenty of friends to talk, share, enjoy and fight. At the time of final examination people make time table for preparation of exams but we at SSK remains busy in makin g timetable for countdown to vacations i.e. DLTGH(Day Left To GO Home). At the time of exams road to the temple become more crowded. Boy who never went to that place now comes to class with a long red coloured ‘TILEK’. Some use to light “agarbhattis” in their lockers in front of their favorite  GOD’S and GURU JI. Once on exam day, after everyone went to class   our  matron  who seem to be almost  out of mind came to dorm for inspection. MY FIRST DAY IN SAINIK SCHOOL KUNJPURA

24 TH APRIL,2004 Class 5th exams were over and now it was time for a long vacation enjoying with my friends, but unfortunately this time something else went on. Meanwhile i was enjoying my holidays a another letter came from SSK. My father shows me the letter and said that this is your joining letter and you have to be prepared for that. Along with letter i saw a long list of items which were asked by school to carry along while joining the school.   Everyone around me was happy except me as i was going to leave my home, my friend and everything. Rest of days were wasted in completing paper formality ,my work was just to go with my father in red buildings  and sign the documents whenever needed. My father was taking keen interest in purchasing the items asked by school and i was hating myself for clearing entrance exam.
